Our new reality has created an opportunity for those who can adapt and stay in the lead. When we started FourPhase nearly ten years ago, one of our main drivers was to lead technology evolution within solids management; 2021 has been no exception.
Our industry is under tremendous pressure to reduce emissions. Together with our main shareholders, EV Private Equity, we are fully committed to support a more sustainable oil and gas sector. We are proud to deliver solids management systems enabling our customers to effectively separate solids from the well flow. In total, we have separated more than 590 000kg over the last ten years; improving production, reducing erosion to equipment, reducing the need for intervention, and reducing discharged oil contaminated sand to sea during jetting operations.
Reducing emissions can be done in many different ways, including remote operations. We delivered our first autonomous solids management system in Southeast Asia in 2018. This year, we achieved a new milestone by securing our first remotely monitored operation contract in the North Sea. This demonstrates that the industry has started the shift, and enabling digital operations is crucial going forward.
More than 100 000 hours of operation since 2012 in itself, is a number I am incredibly proud of achieving. With only an NPT of 0,7% (704h), this says a lot about reliability, how we do business and go beyond finding the best solution for our customers. Our equipment, organisation, and team have yet again met and exceeded our own and our customers’ expectations; well done!
With the festive season approaching, I would like to thank you all for your continued cooperation. Season’s greetings and warmest wishes for a happy new year.
